An MCP server that evaluates specification documents across four axes: completeness, clarity, constraints, and specificity. It provides a balance score, a verdict (e.g., SHIP IT, DRAFT), and actionable tips to improve spec quality before feeding them to an LLM. It also generates radar chart visualizations and supports side-by-side comparisons of multiple specs.
