These terms govern your use of the Koskamo AI chat application at koskamo.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The service

Koskamo lets you send prompts to an AI model and receive generated responses. The Service is provided for general and experimental use and may change, or be unavailable, at any time. The model runs on demand and may be offline when idle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

— break the law or infringe others’ rights; — generate or distribute malicious, harmful, harassing, or deceptive content; — attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its backend; — or scrape, resell, or build a competing service from it without permission.

AI-generated content

Responses are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or offensive. They are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them and for how you use them.

Your content

You retain whatever rights you have in the prompts you submit. We do not claim ownership of them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit your prompts and to use the responses you receive.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koskamo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or its outputs.

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
