RIRLift MCP

The RIRLift MCP server allows users to connect their AI assistants to their personal RIRLift accounts for strength training management. It enables logging workouts, tracking progress, monitoring volume and recovery, and managing program drafts through a secure, per-user OAuth flow.

OAuth sign-in: the first time you connect, your client opens the vendor's own authorization prompt in a browser.
