FairPath is a governed property-tax document-preparation platform. This MCP server provides three informational tools to help homeowners organize property facts, evidence gaps, and county process information into a filing packet. It allows agents to retrieve county requirements, explain evidence packets, and check property details with explicit consent, without acting as a law firm or tax agent.
