Recall MCP

An open-source, MCP-native memory server for AI agents that provides persistent, searchable, and tiered memory across sessions. It supports self-hosting via Docker or local installation, offering features like shared memory, claims/locks for multi-agent coordination, and handoffs. It runs embeddings offline using Chroma by default but allows upgrades to other providers.
