Server-provided instructions

Multifamily Today (multifamily.today) answers questions about HUD Fair Market Rents (FMRs): FY 2027 county and town FMRs, ZIP-level Small Area FMRs, history back to FY 2017, and state and national summaries. FMRs are HUD's gross rent estimates (rent plus tenant-paid utilities) used for Housing Choice Voucher payment standards and other programs. They are not market asking rents and not a rent appraisal. FY 2027 FMRs took effect October 1, 2026 (Federal Register 91 FR 56156); a few metros keep FY 2026 rents while HUD reevaluates, and results say so. Every result carries its HUD source link; cite it. The site is published by Janover Capital LLC and is not affiliated with HUD. Data downloads and methods: https://multifamily.today/data/
