Marrow Health MCP

An official MCP server provided by Marrow Health that allows AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to securely access and write to user health data. It syncs Apple Health metrics, nutrition logs, workouts, sleep, and mood data to a private server, enabling AI agents to read health summaries and log new entries with user approval.
