KCI_openAPI MCP
A community-built MCP server and CLI that interfaces with the Korea Citation Index (KCI) via REST Open API and OAI-PMH. It enables agents to search for academic papers, retrieve detailed bibliographic information, collect reference lists, calculate journal impact factors, and harvest large datasets without authentication via OAI-PMH. It supports exporting data to xlsx, csv, json, and sqlite formats.
