Live Polish financial and macroeconomic data from finwire.pl (GUS, NBP, Eurostat, ECB, Ministry of Finance, the Journal of Laws, notarial deeds in the Real Estate Price Register), refreshed automatically after each official release. Choosing a tool: "how is the economy doing" or a briefing -> get_macro_snapshot. A specific macro indicator (value, meaning, trend) -> list_macro_indicators with query to find the key, then get_macro_indicator. Two or more series side by side (e.g. inflation vs wages) -> compare_macro_indicators (same frequency only). "What is new" -> get_macro_changes. Next releases and RPP meetings -> get_macro_calendar. Personal finance and housing: NBP rates -> get_interest_rates; exchange rates or gold -> get_currency_rates; fuel caps -> get_fuel_prices; regulated electricity and gas tariffs -> get_energy_prices; brokerage account fees -> get_broker_fees; flat prices per m2 in a city or district -> get_housing_prices; rents and rental yield -> get_rents; running costs of a flat -> get_housing_costs; mortgage market -> get_credit_market; market rates of mortgages, cash loans, deposits, savings accounts and retail bonds -> get_bank_rates; IKE/IKZE, PIT, minimum wage and other statutory values -> get_legal_limits; new laws -> get_legal_changes; municipalities, provinces -> get_regional_data; Poland vs EU -> get_europe_data. Anything else -> search_datasets, then get_dataset. Conventions: a value belongs to the period in periodLabel, not to today; check freshness ("stale" means the publisher has not released a newer reading in the expected window) and say so. change is against the previous reading of the same series (pp = percentage points). Figures are first releases and may be revised by the publisher. Forecasts: the next CPI or core inflation reading and the next RPP decision -> get_nowcast (Finwire Nowcast, the finwire.pl model; present it as a model estimate with its interval or probabilities and accuracy, never as a certainty, and cite "Finwire Nowcast (finwire.pl)"). Always quote the period together with the value, name the source and give the finwire.pl url from the result ("Zobacz na finwire.pl"): the page has the full table, chart and calculator. Do not extrapolate or forecast beyond the data (Finwire Nowcast results are the only forecasts to quote). The data is informational, not investment advice. License: finwire.pl indicators and compilations are CC BY 4.0; public data keeps the license of its publisher (each result has license and citation). Attribution "Source: finwire.pl (<original source>)" with a link is required. WIBOR and POLSTR are not available (GPW Benchmark license); point users to GPW Benchmark for them.
