The HoodEx MCP server provides neighbourhood intelligence by exposing livability scores, climate data, travel accessibility, crime stats, and points of interest via the Model Context Protocol. It allows AI assistants to query structured, real-time data about any neighbourhood worldwide, supporting tasks like comparing areas, generating narratives, and accessing user-specific saved analyses.
