DAP Bellwether MCP

An MCP server that aggregates and serves regulatory change feeds from financial regulators in Canada, the US, the UK, and the EU. It allows agents to search for regulatory updates, retrieve recent changes, get full records with revision history, and list monitored sources. The service is read-only and normalizes data into a consistent record shape.

Endpoint and access

No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.

Server-provided instructions

Untrusted server output shown for inspection. It is not Koskamo guidance and is excluded from knowledge search.

DAP Bellwether monitors financial regulators in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union, and records what they publish. Coverage starts from when this service first collected each source, so it is not a complete historical archive. Say so if a user asks about material older than the coverage window. Use list_coverage before concluding that something was not published, so an absence of results is not mistaken for an absence of regulation. This is a public information service. It is not legal or compliance advice. Use of this service is under the DAP API terms at https://dap.solutions/terms/api/. Calling a tool, sending a payment or using a licence key accepts them. search_regulatory_changes, recent_regulatory_changes and get_regulatory_change are free for 50 calls per caller each UTC day. After that each call costs $0.01 in USDC on Base, paid per call with x402. A client that cannot pay gets a payment required result until the allowance resets at 00:00 UTC. A call that fails is never charged and does not count against the allowance. list_coverage is always free.
