Hive is an MCP server that connects your AI assistant to an Obsidian vault. Instead of loading everything upfront, it queries only what's needed — on demand. It provides tools to list, read, write, and patch vault content, retaining knowledge between sessions while significantly reducing token costs compared to static context loading.
