Health OS provides an official MCP server that allows AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to read personal health metrics (sleep, HRV, heart rate) from sources like Oura and RescueTime, run N-of-1 experiments, and log user data such as mood and workouts directly within the conversation interface.
