Guardian MCP

A stdio MCP server that routes agent tool calls through the Guardian human authority layer, enforcing deterministic ALLOW/ASK/DENY decisions before execution. It exposes tools for invoking tools, claiming grants, and retrieving signed evidence receipts, ensuring agents never hold real credentials.
