A community-driven MCP server and TypeScript library for corporate-disclosure research. It provides 10 stable tools to query filings, insider data, beneficial owners, financials, and ownership chains from 26 official sources across 21 jurisdictions, including SEC EDGAR and GLEIF. It ensures honest results by linking back to official source documents and explicitly stating when data is unsupported.
