It optimizes the development lifecycle by keeping source evidence, command logs, plans, and architecture outside the main conversation to reduce token usage and context occupancy. It supports task-scoped AST context, verified mutation, and rollback, allowing agents to understand, plan, inspect, execute, and verify code with persistent state.
