Cron Translator MCP MCP server

A read-only MCP server that exposes the Cron Translator engine via Streamable HTTP. It provides three tools: explain_cron to interpret cron expressions, next_cron_runs to list future execution times, and build_cron to generate cron syntax from English phrases. It uses a rule-based engine rather than an LLM, ensuring consistent results without authentication.
