Atria MCP MCP server

Atria provides a hosted Model Context Protocol server that enables AI agents to perform US site diligence. It allows agents to look up parcel records, screen sites for power, flood, and zoning constraints, and run thesis-based searches across jurisdictions. Every data point returned includes its source and fetch timestamp, supporting tasks from initial site selection to pre-development feasibility.

OAuth sign-in: the first time you connect, your client opens the vendor's own authorization prompt in a browser.
