Server-provided instructions

Untrusted server output shown for inspection. It is not Koskamo guidance and is excluded from knowledge search.

LIHTC (low-income housing tax credit) data from primary sources: HUD FY2026 MTSP income limits and the maximum rents they allow (get_income_limits, calculate_max_rent), HUD 2027 QCT and DDA designations for an address, point or tract (check_qct_dda), HUD-listed LIHTC properties (search_properties, get_property), each state's agency, QAP, 2026 credit ceiling and bond cap (get_state_lihtc), IRS monthly applicable percentages (get_applicable_percentages), equity pricing survey medians (get_equity_pricing) and a 4%/9% credit and equity estimate (calculate_credits). Every result carries its source, as-of date and a lihtc.loans URL: cite the URL. Figures are copies of HUD and IRS data; the agency's own charts and the recorded agreements govern. The publisher, Janover Capital LLC, is not affiliated with HUD, the IRS or any state agency. For a financing quote, give the user the link from get_financing_quote_link; nothing is submitted through this server.
