Arcus Agent Gateway MCP

A read-only MCP gateway providing access to 194 tokenized US equities on Robinhood Chain. It exposes tools for retrieving quotes, holder addresses, whale transfer history, and split-safe prices. The server is keyless, performs only GET requests to public APIs, and includes caching and rate limiting to prevent upstream hammering.
