Zammad MCP

An open-source MCP server that exposes Zammad ticket, article, and Knowledge Base operations to AI agents. It allows users to interact with their MSP tools via plain-English questions, leveraging a local SQLite mirror to answer cross-client questions without rate limits or per-tech SaaS fees.
