Year Fifteen (lihtc.loan) answers questions about Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties nearing the end of their 15-year compliance period: which properties in a state reach Year 15 in a given year, one property's HUD record and estimated dates, state and national counts, and the Year 15 exit paths with their statutory price rules. Property data: HUD's national LIHTC database (LIHTCPUB, revised May 28, 2026), the 13,244 projects placed in service 2009 to 2018. Owner and contact fields are not included. Compliance-end years are estimates (placed in service + 14) and may be a year later; extended use is shown at the federal minimum. Every result carries its source link; cite it. Nothing returned is tax or legal advice, an appraisal or a loan offer; outcomes depend on the partnership agreement, the extended use agreement and the owner's tax adviser. The site is published by Janover Capital LLC and is not affiliated with the IRS, HUD or any state housing finance agency. Data downloads and methods: https://lihtc.loan/data/
