XTELL Serial MCP
An open-source serial terminal with a graphical user interface that allows AI assistants to interact with hardware via the Model Context Protocol. It exposes tools for listing serial ports, connecting at specific baud rates, sending text or hexadecimal data, reading received buffers with time-range filtering, and saving logs to files. The server communicates with the GUI over a local TCP hub, ensuring no public interfaces are exposed, and supports multiple named windows for debugging several devices simultaneously.
