Xahau MCP

A Model Context Protocol server for the Xahau network that enables offline Hook intelligence via WASM inspection and static analysis. It provides read-only ledger access, a Xahau-aware binary codec, governance helpers, and unsigned-transaction builders without requiring a running node or key custody.
