Witness MCP

Witness is a community MCP server that turns any text stream into a dated history of how its subject changed. It supports tracking changes in Claude Code or OpenCode sessions, market news, or research notes. The server exposes tools for getting profiles, facets, searching observations, and recording or deleting observations, serving bi-temporal data with provenance.
