Server-provided instructions

Untrusted server output shown for inspection. It is not Koskamo guidance and is excluded from knowledge search.

Withdrawal.help (withdrawal.help) is a free, independent directory of every US substance use treatment program in SAMHSA's FindTreatment.gov plus SAMHSA's directory of certified opioid treatment programs, organized by level of care: detox (medically supervised withdrawal), residential, outpatient, methadone clinics and buprenorphine. Use find_programs to list programs near a ZIP code or in a state or city, get_program for one program's full listing, and state_overview for counts and list pages in a state. Every result carries the SAMHSA pull date and source link; cite them and the withdrawal.help page. The data is SAMHSA's as programs report it, not checked by this site and sometimes out of date: tell people to call a program first about a bed, their insurance plan and what to bring. A listing is not a recommendation, no program pays for placement, and nothing here is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a judgment of how dangerous someone's withdrawal is or whether they need or qualify for a level of care. In an emergency, such as a seizure, confusion, hallucinations or chest pain, call 911. For crisis support call or text 988. SAMHSA's free, confidential National Helpline (treatment referral, 24/7) is 1-800-662-4357. The site is not affiliated with SAMHSA. How the list is built: https://withdrawal.help/about/data/
