WinCtl MCP
WinCtl is an accessibility-first Windows desktop automation server for AI agents over MCP. It allows agents to see the screen, read and drive real application UIs via UI Automation, manage windows and processes, work with files, and run shell commands. It includes a tiered permission model with audit logging and handles DPI awareness and input pacing for reliable automation.
