WHOOP MCP

A local-first, privacy-focused MCP server that exposes WHOOP health data including recovery scores, HRV, sleep stages, strain, and workout context to AI agents via the official WHOOP OAuth API v2. It keeps OAuth tokens on the user's machine and does not host data copies.
