WarStrikes MCP

An official, read-only Model Context Protocol server that allows AI assistants to access live conflict reports, daily briefings, and region data from WarStrikes. It supports searching reports, retrieving specific events, and listing regions, with public tools requiring no key and advanced event/signal tools requiring an API key.

Endpoint and access

No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.

What its tools do

8 tools, grouped by the hints the server advertises. Hints are self-declared, not verified behavior.

8 of 8 have a description · 8 of 8 declare behavior hints · 4 of 7 with parameters document them all

Checks and signals

Each line is separate evidence, not a trust score.

  • Passed Endpoint answered the live check ·
  • Passed Official MCP Registry namespace is tied to warstrikes.com ·
  • Passed Endpoint is on the registry namespace domain ·
  • Availability 1 of 1 checks passed in 30 days

What you can do with it

  • Search for recent conflict reports by region or keywords
  • Retrieve detailed information for a specific report by ID
  • Get daily briefings of reported military activity
  • List conflict regions with report counts

Server-provided instructions

Untrusted server output shown for inspection. It is not Koskamo guidance and is excluded from knowledge search.

WarStrikes is a live, source-linked record of reported strikes, explosions and military activity in conflict regions. Each report names its source and source type (wire service, news outlet, official source or OSINT channel) and how precisely its place is known. Describe items as reported by their source, with the time in UTC; do not present them as confirmed facts, and do not forecast. Link the WarStrikes page (url) and the original source (source_url) when you cite an item. Events and Signals need a WarStrikes API key; without one, use the report tools.
