Vlk MemAct MCP

A stateful memory system for AI agents that provides temporal awareness, cross-language error loop detection, and preventive constraints. It runs as a single binary over MCP, backed by SQLite, and autonomously manages memory transitions between present, past, and future states to prevent agents from repeating broken approaches.
