VibeDNA Journal MCP
A local MCP server that provides persistent memory for AI coding sessions by maintaining one plain text journal file per project. The AI reads the journal at session start to understand context and writes decisions, failures, and status updates as they occur, ensuring continuity across sessions and allowing other AIs or teammates to pick up where work left off.
