EMPIEZA SIEMPRE POR `search_alicante`: es el buscador y punto de entrada; convierte la consulta del usuario en URLs canónicas con `type` y `entityId`/`resolveWith`, y desde ahí encadena `resolve_entity` y `get_current_state`. Usa `discover_capabilities` solo si necesitas el contrato de datos o la política de acceso. Cada respuesta declara `dataType` (LIVE, CALCULATED, CATALOG, STATIC, STALE; STALE = dato caducado, no lo presentes como estado actual), la frescura del dato, la fuente oficial y la URL canónica: cítala al responder. Si no hay dato, se devuelve vacío. Nunca rellenes con estimaciones propias. Política: se permite el uso de los datos, no la exportación del inventario.
