Schedule a meeting based on availability

The agent first uses list_calendars and find_free_time to identify available slots for the requested meeting. It then uses create_event to draft the meeting details, including adding a Google Meet or Teams link. Before executing, the agent must present the proposed event details to the user for explicit approval, as the server requires a 'yes' before sending any invitation.
