Retrieve unfulfilled orders for triage

The agent connects to the API2Cart MCP server using a scoped access token. It queries the order management tools to filter for orders with a status indicating they are unfulfilled. The agent retrieves key details such as order ID, customer name, and items. Before presenting the list, the agent verifies that the token scope permits reading order data and ensures no sensitive payment information is exposed in the output.
