Create and edit Pinto Notes

The agent uses 'create' to add new notes, folders, or apps, or 'edit'/'write' to modify existing content. It must first 'fetch' a note to ensure it has the latest version before editing, as edits are exact string replacements. The agent constructs the markdown content and executes the tool call. The user should be aware that edits are exact and may require careful string matching.
