Create a new task in Asana
A new task with a specified title and assignee is created in the designated Asana workspace, ensuring the team member is notified and the work item is tracked.
How it works
The agent authenticates with Asana using a Personal Access Token (PAT) and identifies the target workspace GID. It then constructs a POST request to the /tasks endpoint, including the workspace ID, task name, and assignee details in the JSON payload. Before executing, the agent should verify the workspace GID is correct and that the assignee exists in the workspace to avoid errors. Upon successful execution, the agent confirms the task creation by returning the new task's ID or summary.
