Check connected ad platform accounts

The agent initiates a conversation with the Adspirer MCP server by mentioning the plugin or app (e.g., @adspirer). It then executes a command to check the status of linked ad accounts. The agent verifies that the response contains a structured table listing the account IDs, names, and connection statuses for platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or Amazon Ads.
