Pending commissions are approved, moving them to the paid status and updating the affiliate's balance.
How it works

The agent first calls list_pending_commissions to identify commissions that require approval. It then iterates through the list and calls approve_commission for each relevant commission ID. The agent should confirm the approval was successful by checking the status change or listing the commissions again.
