US Places MCP

A read-only MCP server for historical US geography and land records. It determines which county held a place on a specific date using OpenHistoricalMap data, converts PLSS land descriptions to coordinates via BLM data, locates land patent case files at the National Archives, searches GNIS for historical place names including vanished post offices, and identifies relevant USGS topographic maps.
