Uphealth Signal MCP MCP server

The Uphealth MCP server wraps the Signal cued-message API as agent-callable tools, allowing AI agents to open patient streams and run cue loops with no glue code. It exposes tools for listing sandbox topics, creating patient streams, and retrieving next cued messages based on feedback, plus a keyless tool for looking up federal health facts.
