Untangle MCP MCP server

An official MCP server for the untangle.bio bioprocess design platform. It allows AI assistants to generate optimal purification routes, simulate steady-state mass balances, and perform techno-economic analysis (TEA) for biotechnology processes. The server handles tool calls for route generation, simulation, and optimization without storing API keys.

OAuth sign-in: the first time you connect, your client opens the vendor's own authorization prompt in a browser.
