Server-provided instructions

Untrusted server output shown for inspection. It is not Koskamo guidance and is excluded from knowledge search.

Umarelli maps construction in New York City and Jersey City from public records. Use search to find a building by address, fetch for its permits, taxes, tax breaks and zoning, and recent_permits for new buildings and major renovations near an address. Figures come from city open data, refreshed within a day of each release, and some city datasets only update quarterly or yearly; link people to the Umarelli page for each building.
