Ultimate Business Machines MCP

An official Model Context Protocol server provided by Ultimate Business Machines that allows AI agents to interact with the UBM platform. It enables users to explore services, tailor business plans via the Solutions guide, view pricing, access live demos, and sign up. The public endpoint requires no account, while the authenticated endpoint allows agents to perform actions like managing leads, bookings, and invoices based on user permissions.

Endpoint and access

No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.

Ultimate Business Machines (UBM) gives a small business one sign-in for its customer list, leads, bookings, jobs, invoices, reviews, website, marketing and more: 18 services, any or all of them. Use these tools to learn what UBM does, find the plan that fits a business, see what that plan costs, look at the demo, and start signing up. To tailor a plan: ubm_list_business_types, then ubm_get_guide_questions for the business's type, then ubm_recommend_plan with the answers, then ubm_quote_plan for its price by team size. Prices exist only for a plan like that -- don't quote any other figure. Signing up is the person's own step: ubm_start_signup gives them a link where they choose a password and agree to the terms. ubm_request_plan sends their plan to UBM's team, only when they've said they want to be contacted. To manage a business that already has an account, connect to https://ultimatebusinessmachines.com/mcp instead (the agent signs in).

Pass the business type id and the answers (question id -> answer id, or a list of ids for 'many' questions). Then price it with ubm_quote_plan.

Team size is the guide's answer: solo (just me), small (2-5), mid (6-20), large (21-100) or enterprise (more than 100, quoted in person).

ubm_request_plan — Send a plan to UBM's team
Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised destructiveOpen-world

Send a business's plan and contact details to UBM's team so they get in touch -- the Solutions guide's own 'send me this plan' form. Only call this when the person has asked to be contacted, with the details they gave you: their name and an email or phone number. UBM doesn't email the person automatically; the team replies. Limited to a few per day per network.

Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.

The demo businesses anyone can try: each industry's demo website and the shared demo login for the app (company ID, email, password) so the person can click around UBM themselves. The demo is shared and resets; messages from it never reach real customers.

Advertised by the server during the last successful anonymous check.
Advertised read-only

A sign-up link with the chosen services (or a package) and team size already filled in. The person opens it, enters their company name, email and password, and agrees to the terms themselves -- an agent never makes the account. Paying to start and the money-back guarantee are shown there too.
