Ukraine Public Spending MCP

This MCP server provides access to Ukrainian State Treasury payment data via three tools. It allows querying public-money payments by payer or recipient EDRPOU within a 92-day window, checking payments between specific entities, and linking State Treasury receipts to ProZorro procurement tenders for suppliers.
