An MCP server providing access to HM Land Registry Price Paid Data for England and Wales. It allows AI agents to retrieve house price moves by postcode district, discover recent sales, and access structured sold-price and area comparison packs via paid tools.

Endpoint and access

No sign-in to connect and list tools. Individual tools may still need a vendor account, credentials, or permissions; check the documented prerequisites.
