Typefully MCP MCP server

An official Model Context Protocol server provided by Typefully that allows AI assistants to connect to user accounts via OAuth. It enables agents to create, edit, schedule, and manage social media drafts and posts across platforms like X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, and Mastodon, as well as view queues and manage media.
