True Solar Time MCP

An MCP server, CLI, and TypeScript library that converts recorded birth times into true solar time for BaZi charts. It applies corrections for historical daylight saving time, longitude offsets from the time-zone meridian, and the equation of time. The tool detects non-existent birth times due to clock jumps and flags when corrected times are near branch boundaries, ensuring accurate chart casting without performing interpretation.
