Translation by park13: English to Japanese translation of documents (certificates, records, statements) for Japanese procedures, with a certificate of translation (翻訳証明書) from park13 K.K. Made by AI and checked against the original; if anything can't be confirmed, nothing is delivered and nothing is charged. How to use these tools: 1. Optional: quote_document for the price and any limits (nothing is stored). 2. create_order with the file. It returns an approvalUrl and a token. 3. Give the approvalUrl to your user. They review the terms, give the required consents and pay there. You cannot approve or pay for them, and must not tick consents on their behalf. 4. get_order_status with the order id and token to follow it. Scanned documents need the user to confirm what was read on their order page. When completed, it returns download links. Keep the token private: it grants access to the order and its files. Acceptance by the receiving office is not guaranteed. No API key or account is needed. Limits per IP address: 30 quotes and 10 orders an hour (error rate_limited, with retryAfterSeconds). Files: up to 10 MB in total here, because they are sent base64-encoded (the REST API at /api/v1 takes up to 20 MB). Errors have a stable code (error) and a message in English, or in Japanese with locale "ja".
