Transition MCP
An MCP server that wraps the Transition API to provide AI agents with tools for multisport coaching. It enables agents to retrieve personalized workouts, adapt training plans, analyze performance metrics like CTL/ATL/TSb, and interact with an AI endurance coach for triathletes, runners, and cyclists.
