TrainBud MCP

TrainBud is an open-source, local-first MCP server that allows AI assistants like Claude and Cursor to query personal fitness data from Garmin Connect. It supports asking about workouts, sleep, heart rate, recovery, and body composition in plain English. The server caches data locally using SQLite and stores credentials in a local .env file, ensuring privacy. It works with any stdio-compatible MCP client on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
